My name is Bella, I am 20 years old, the daughter of two immigrant parents: my mother from El Salvador and my father from Mexico. Their strength, resilience, and love have shaped so much of who I am and what I create.
My middle name is Esmeralda, and choosing it for my business felt natural—like it was always meant to be. It carries a sense of meaning, beauty, and connection, just like the crystals I work with.
I began creating jewelry in late 2019, when I was just 14 years old. At the time, it was simply something I did for fun. I’ve always been drawn to art—whether it was drawing, painting, ceramics, sewing, or crochet—I was constantly creating. When I was one and a half, I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis (MG), an illness in which the body attacks itself and its vital functions. After that, my immune system was weakened, and I often became sick. Later on, I was also diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, another autoimmune illness.
Keeping a normal job was difficult on my body, and due to frequent doctor’s appointments, I would miss many days of work. Thankfully, I have learned to live with my illnesses, and I’m grateful I discovered wire wrapping. Something shifted—it felt different, it felt right. What started as a hobby slowly turned into a passion I couldn’t ignore.
With the encouragement of my mom—my biggest supporter—and my family, I began sharing my work at local markets in my hometown of Las Vegas. There is something so special about creating jewelry that holds meaning—pieces that people carry with them during moments of growth, healing, love, or change. That connection is what made me fall even more in love with what I do.
Over time, what once felt like a small dream became my reality. Today, this is my full-time job, and I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every day. Creating my online shop was a big step for me—a leap of faith—so I could share my art beyond my city and connect with people from all over.
Each piece I make is created with intention, care, and a piece of my story. I hope that when you find something here, it speaks to you in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
